Refund policy

AdvenTrue-Bev offers a return/refund on any retail purchase, regardless of the reason, whether purchased online at www.adventrue-bev.com or through an authorized retailer, as long as the company is notified within 30 days once the retail customer initially receives the product. Retail purchaser is required to accomplish notification by giving purchase detail and the reason for the return by using the message form section on the Adventrue-Bev.com "Contact" page (find above). Upon receipt, a representative will contact the retail purchaser within five working days to determine whether Adventrue-Bev requires to have the product returned or not, and what form of reimbursement will be used.
